Once your order has been processed by PayPal, you should receive an email containing your “Transaction ID”. If you have purchased a session or workshop voucher, you should use this number when contacting us to make a booking.
PayPal usually process orders pretty quickly but in some cases (for example when extra security checks are required) it can take a few hours.
